At ProSoccer, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the pitch, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel. If your new boots don't fit or you've changed your mind, we've made the exchange process as seamless as a perfect through-ball.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ProSoccer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes, ensuring they are in new, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
